With a registered capital of 50 million RMB, the company is recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise, a "Specialized, Finesse, Peculiar, and Innovative" (SRDI) SME of Hubei Province, a Provincial Gazelle Enterprise, and an Innovative SME. The company has fully passed the IATF16949 automotive industry quality system certification and holds a comprehensive set of environmental production permits. Accumulating 26 authorized patents in fasteners and lightweight 
materials, it has built an integrated, closed-loop manufacturing capability spanning self-developed materials, forming processing, surface treatment, and precision testing.

Leveraging the regional advantages of Gucheng’s 100-billion-RMB automotive parts industry cluster, the company has established efficient localized supply channels for the automotive, energy storage, and robotics industries in Central China. (1) Self-Developed Special Lightweight Materials Breaking Technological Bottlenecks

The company's core technology focuses on the cold forging process of ZT68 high-strength aluminum alloy. It is among the first in China to achieve large-scale mass production of 630MPa high-strength aluminum alloy bolts. Under equivalent strength requirements, these bolts reduce weight by 40% compared to steel parts, perfectly matching the lightweight requirements of NEV bodies and battery packs. Utilizing a unique "large material, small deformation" cold forging process, the material utilization rate exceeds 90%, and production efficiency is increased by 30% compared to traditional cutting processes, significantly optimizing comprehensive production costs. Simultaneously, the company independently develops special structural fasteners with features such as anti-fatigue, waterproof sealing, and anti-loosening/limit-stopping. Its processing precision leads the industry:

Head thickness precision control: 0.13–0.17 mm

Special stainless steel, 10B21 boron steel, and irregular alloy parts are also in mass production, covering all operating conditions requiring high/low strength, corrosion resistance, and anti-vibration/fatigue properties.


(2) Full-Process Intelligent Manufacturing & Rigorous Quality Control

The workshop is equipped with fully automatic multi-station cold heading machines, CNC thread rolling equipment, continuous heat treatment furnaces, and automated eco-friendly electroplating lines. Combined with large-scale robotic arm loading/unloading and fully automatic optical sorting inspection equipment, it achieves seamless, full-process flow from Cold Heading → Thread Rolling → Heat Treatment → Surface Treatment → Full-Size Quality Inspection.

Supported by an independent physical and chemical testing laboratory, the facility is equipped with tensile testing machines, salt spray corrosion chambers, precision thread measuring instruments, and metallographic analysis equipment.
