Product Overview

The double-sided-tooth conical anti-loosening washer is made from high-elasticity spring steel as a conical disc with radial serrations on the fastener (top) face. When tightened, the disc is flattened and generates lasting spring-back that compensates preload loss, while the top-face serrations bite into the bolt/nut bearing face; the smooth back face bears on and protects the workpiece: elastic compensation and anti-loosening in one, for joints prone to thermal expansion or settlement.
