Product Overview

The hex-head flanged serrated anti-loosening screw with pre-applied adhesive has radial serrations under the flange head; when tightened, the serrations bite into the joint face for a mechanical interlock, which together with the pre-applied thread adhesive gives dual anti-loosening across face and thread. The flange also enlarges the bearing area, lowers contact pressure and suppresses settlement of soft substrates, suiting stable connections under high-vibration conditions.

Technical Features

• Flange serrations bite into the substrate for mechanical interlocking against lateral slippage.
• Pre-applied thread adhesive provides chemical locking with double anti-loosening redundancy
• The flange face enlarges the support area, suppressing settlement and crushing of the substrate.
• External hex head works with standard wrenches and sockets, making tightening torque easy to control
• Serration angle, flange diameter and adhesive type can be customised.
