The flanged pre-applied-adhesive anti-loosening bolt uses an integrated flange head that enlarges the bearing surface to suppress substrate settlement; a special microencapsulated adhesive is pre-coated on the thread, and after installation the capsules rupture and cure to form strong chemical locking. It combines vibration resistance with thread sealing and corrosion protection, ideal for high-vibration joints that also demand corrosion protection.
