The splined nylon washer is injection-molded from high-performance toughened nylon; the internal spline mates with the shaft spline for synchronous rotation and precise positioning. The nylon body provides triple benefits — vibration damping, noise reduction and electrical insulation — and also prevents metal washers from scratching the mating part, making it ideal for rotating parts that need insulation and noise reduction.
