The pre-applied-adhesive sealing blind rivet stud uses low-carbon steel or stainless steel as the body with a precision pre-coated adhesive at the base, and is blind-riveted into thin sheet. During blind riveting the adhesive layer is compressed to fully fill the installation-hole gap, providing thread sealing and corrosion protection together with excellent torque-out and push-out resistance — a stable male-thread connection point for single-sided thin sheet.
