Product Overview

The YF Zhichengjia multi-function sealed anti-loosening screw combines fastening, anti-loosening and sealing in one part: the thread is pre-coated with micro-encapsulated locking adhesive and a sealing element is integrated under the head or at the thread root. When tightened, the adhesive layer is pressed to fill the thread clearance while the seal is compressed at the same time. A single assembly delivers both reliable locking and IP68-class protection, ideal for compact structures where no extra washer may be added.
