The SMT surface-mount spacer block is made of high-conductivity copper alloy or free-cutting steel with an optimised tin plating for full solder joints. Its external dimensions are tightly controlled; used for board-to-board stacking, spacing or housing assembly on PCBs, it supports tape-and-reel packaging and fully automatic placement, providing a precise height and position datum for structural assembly.
