The TORX PLUS® 8IP tool screw has a size of M2.5×6.5 and a thread pitch of 0.45; part of the micro precision series, it is strength grade 12.9 with a 60° head angle. The TORX PLUS® profile still carries a relatively high tightening torque at a very small head diameter, making it suitable for micro tools and precision collets where space is limited but locking must be reliable.
