Product Overview
This is a carbide-insert clamping screw for CNC tool holders, machined from Grade 12.9 high-tensile alloy steel. It uses a Hex socket SW5.0 drive on M10×16 (1.5 pitch) with a Cylindrical head to clamp indexable inserts without cam-out or slippage. The Oxidation (X) treatment and precision rolled thread deliver anti-vibration locking plus fatigue and wear resistance in continuous production machining.
