Product Overview

The TORX PLUS tool screw is developed for CNC tool clamping and tool-holder locking. Its body is made of grade 12.9 high-strength alloy steel (42CrMo), formed by efficient deep-hole machining and precision thread rolling, combining hardness and toughness. The drive is the TORX PLUS® hexalobular form, with straight flank contact faces and a large load-bearing area, effectively preventing drive slip-out at higher tightening torques — suited to machining centres and automatic tool changers that change tools frequently.
