The pre-applied-adhesive sealing bolt is formed by high-precision cold heading with a special anti-leak sealing adhesive pre-coated on the thread; when tightened, the adhesive layer is compressed and fills the thread clearance, giving mechanical locking and thread sealing / waterproofing together. It resists media well, coping with oil, water and coolant environments and eliminating extra seals and assembly steps.
