The TORX® anti-loosening screw is precisely cold-headed from premium alloy steel and carries a pre-applied nylon locking patch on the thread; the rebound friction created under compression prevents loosening. The nylon patch does not cure or contaminate the thread and supports repeated assembly, making it especially suitable for fastening points on automated lines that require frequent maintenance.
