The bonding nut uses a large base plate to increase the bonding area, with a specially treated surface that improves adhesive grip. It builds a high-strength female thread on composites, glass or thin panels without drilling or riveting, protecting the structural integrity of the substrate while avoiding the stress concentration and seal damage caused by drilling.
